The Center for Middle Eastern Studies (CMES) was founded in 1954 for the purpose of furthering the study of the Middle East at Harvard University.
Mr. Khalid Alturki began service as Chairman of the Advisory Council at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies.

Goals:

  • - A foster knowledge of Middle Eastern and Islamic societies and cultures worldwide, not only for its scholarly value but also for its potential in addressing the region's long-standing economic, political, and other challenges.
